Clive Brooks Poultry Pavilion
If you’ve never made it over to the south side of the showgrounds to take a look in the Poultry Pavilion, you don’t know what you’re missing. As well as the finest fowl in Central Australia the pavilion is also home to a vibrant display of handmade chickens by local school children. Make sure to include it on your show must do list this year.

Rumball Hall
Already famous for the Beanie Festival, Alice Springs is home to some talented crafty people. The Alice Springs Show is another place to see great craft made by junior and senior competitors with the classes covering everything from quilting to teddy bears, folk art, woodwork, ceramics and handspun fibres making for a diverse display which may just inspire your next project!

Were you even aware that there are is a championship dog show, dog agility & jumping trial and a dog obedience trial all taking place at the Alice Springs Show? Clever canines of all breeds and their handlers compete over both days, stroll over and take a look.

A family favourite, the fireworks show is a fitting finale to two days of fun, entertainment and friendly competition. Drawing 5000 strong crowds, with parking spaces available close to the action, the explosive display never fails to draw a chorus of oohs and aahs from the enthralled crowd.

The Girl Guides Pets and Animal Nursery is a perennial favourite with visitors to the show who want to see our furry and feathered friends up close. Also a section the general public can enter, the nursery is located next to the CASS office so be sure to check it out when you visit the show.
